Paige is a proud member of the Burleson community since relocating from College Station in 1995, and of the Couch & Russell team since 2007. An innovative and fearless problem-solver, she became Chief Operations Officer of the firm in 2019, but spends much of her time empowering its clients to reach their business goals!

Most passionate about empowering others, Paige finds every opportunity she can to do just that.
Aside from her work with Couch & Russell, she promotes fearless living as a Certified Professional Life Coach, serves as Executive Director of a national 501c3 organization that exists solely to support other nonprofits, and is President and Founder of another 501c3 organization that equips young adults with resources and practical life skills.
She still has not decided if her BSB degree needs to be replaced with an MBA or an MSF – but her main priorities are her family and friends, and experiencing new adventures with music, food, and travel as often as possible.
